You are required to be a certified Food Safety Manager. To get certified, you need to attend a class and pass an exam. There are in-person and online options. The Petite Chef does not offer this service, but there are several organizations that do. A popular option in South Eastern WI is WCTC, who offer weekly classes and exams.
Minimum $1 million general commercial liability is required. The Petite Chef, 119 N Main St, Dousman WI 53118 must be listed on separate certificate as “additional named insured”.
A license issued by the Wis. Dept. Ag. Trade and Consumer Protection. Acidified Certificate: If applicable, you may need to take an 8-hour class.
